Bluetooth Permission
Resonance Updater uses Bluetooth solely to communicate with compatible Resonance Headset devices during the firmware update process.

Some Android versions require Location permission to discover nearby Bluetooth devices.
Resonance Updater does not access, collect, store, or transmit your location.
The permission is requested only because it is required by the Android operating system for Bluetooth device discovery.
Firmware Updates
All supported firmware packages are included within the application.
Firmware updates are performed directly between your Android device and your Resonance Headset over Bluetooth.
No firmware is downloaded from external servers.
Internet Connection
Resonance Updater does not require an internet connection to perform firmware updates.
Internet access may be used only when opening external links, such as the Original Sound app page or the Noir Gear contact page.
Third-Party Services
Resonance Updater does not include advertising services.
